We recommend family portraits on-location. They acquire an artistic quality that makes them ideal for presentation in your home. You choose a setting that fits the personality and character of your family. The home setting is the perfect place, recalling pleasant memories. When people feel relaxed and comfortable, their expressions are natural. The result is a portrait that is timeless and genuine.

Outdoor settings are always popular, perhaps a park or other place of importance to your family. Natural settings contain many elements for creative photography. Your choice of season, location, clothing, activity, and mood all combine to create a distinctive family portrait.

We love this kind of work— to create a family heirloom is truly a privilege. We give attention to every detail. Portraits of this type are true art work, and can include whatever your imagination desires. We love to experiment, especially on-location. The results are always worth it.

Family get-togethers are an excellent time to take photographs, however snapshots rarely catch people looking their best and groups are difficult to organize since everyone wants a shot with their camera! A professional photographer provides structure and frees everyone to relax and look good.

We charge an on-location service fee of $75 which includes multiple groupings and different shots at one location. This may include large or small family groups, couples, or individuals, indoors or outdoors. We will travel in a 30 mile radius from our studio in East Mesa and shoot on-location for one hour. As always, we use electronic proofing at our studio. Internet proofing services are available for an additional charge. Many sizes are available from billfolds to wall portraits.
